All purchases from are made in accordance with the  Terms and Conditions found on the website. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you will assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

To ensure that your order is delivered and received safely, a signature at the time of delivery will be required on all orders. If you will not be home during the day to receive a signature required package, we suggest that you opt to have the package delivered to your place of business.

You may choose to waive the signature requirement per order, by deselecting the button next to “Signature Required” in the Shipping Method and Gifting phase of checkout.  You should be aware that if you choose this option that you are releasing and the carrier from any responsibility for the package once it is dropped off at your door.

Please note that signature requirements cannot be removed once the item is in transit. You must waive the signature during your checkout process.
